Contract Manager

VAGA | ENGINEER(G) CONTRACT MANAGER – INDUSTRIAL WORKS AND MINING AT Viana Empreendimentos de Engenharia, a company with solid experience in industrial works, heavy infrastructure, drainage, terraplenage and mining projects, is seeking an Engineer(G) Contract Manager to join its technical and management team. Main responsibilities: Complete contract management for industrial and mining works; Scope, deadline, cost, quality and risk monitoring; Interface with clients, contractors and internal teams; Preparation of contracts, tenders and proposals; Analysis of contractual clauses and conditions; Identification and mitigation of potential risks; Development of strategies to ensure project success; Collaboration with the engineering team to ensure compliance with contractual requirements; Follow-up on contract execution and performance; Reporting to management on contract status and progress. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Engineering, preferably Civil or Mechanical, with at least 5 years of experience in contract management for industrial and mining projects. Knowledge of construction law, regulations and standards is essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
