WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU: ACCOUNTING MANAGER.

You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, truthfulness, and timeliness of the company's accounting and financial information. Your mission is to ensure strict compliance with tax and regulatory obligations and to optimize internal controls for a retail model, and to lead the accounting team to provide reliable information that supports the strategic decisions of Management.

Your main challenges will be:

• Supervise and execute the monthly and annual accounting closing within the established timelines.
• Prepare, analyze, and present consolidated Financial Statements to the Finance Department.
• Design and supervise the company's accounting and tax strategy, seeking resource optimization within the legal framework.
• Establish and monitor rigorous internal controls, with special attention to the purchasing process, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory management.
• Validate the correct reconciliation of the ERP operational modules with general accounting.
• Direct, train, and develop the team of accountants (taxes, costs, accounts payable, and accounts receivable).
• Optimize the use of the company's ERP to automate entries, reduce manual work, and improve the traceability of financial data.
• Perform reconciliation and batch input of the monthly closing process for submission to corporate accounting.

Work location: San Martín de las Flores, Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Indispensable requirements:

• Professional in Public Accounting. (Highly desirable to have a Master's degree in Taxes, Finance, or diplomas in NIF/Fiscal).
• More than 5 years of experience in Accounting and Finance areas leading comprehensive accounting operations.
• Solid knowledge in accounting reconciliations and monthly system closings.
• Experience leading work teams and structures with supervisors in charge.
• Participation in organizational transformation processes, standardization, and improvement of financial processes.
• Experience in ERP migration, implementation, or integration, preferably Oracle and/or SAP.
• Experience working in corporate environments or supporting the transition of family businesses to corporate models.
• Ability to evaluate existing processes and lead optimization, efficiency, and transition initiatives towards shared services models (Shared Services/ABS).
