Job description
The HOA accounting manager is responsible for supervising financial operations of the hotel, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reports, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory norms. Prepares financial statements, oversees budgets, and supports general financial strategy. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of the 12th edition of USALI and ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements of the HOA Association.
