Accounting and Tax Manager

At Blue Box Talent, we are looking for an Accounting and Tax Manager to join a SOFOM company in Mexico City. This role will be key in generating financial reports, internal control, and strategic decision-making support, as well as continuous process improvement. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the correct execution of accounting records Lead monthly and annual closing Prepare and analyze financial statements Ensure compliance with tax regulations and laws Manage and coordinate the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate filing of financial reports Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies Provide guidance and support to accounting team members as needed Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
