Debt Collection Manager

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Debt Collection Manager to lead our portfolio recovery area. The ideal candidate combines solid experience in the financial sector. Your main objective will be to optimize recovery indicators (KPIs), lead high-performance teams, and design innovative strategies to reduce delinquency without neglecting customer experience. Main Responsibilities: Strategy Design: Create and execute plans to recover outstanding debts; Develop and implement effective debt collection processes; Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new strategies; Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs); Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field; At least 5 years of experience in debt collection or a related field; Proven track record of success in portfolio recovery; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Certification in debt collection or a related field is an asset.
