Job description
Efficiently manage manufacturing, assembly, shipping and receiving processes in Mexico, ensuring timely delivery to customers according to quality, safety and cost KPI's.
Responsible for the operation of Service Centers in Mexico, including assemblies and repairs, as well as the integral management of the Vallejo Service Center and centers in Cananea, Coatzacoalcos, Guadalajara and Querétaro, through the proper administration of talent and compliance with safety, environmental and quality policies.
Responsibilities
• Review daily customer requirements to correctly assign internal resources to required operations.
• Review daily results and determine action plans in case of risk of not achieving objectives.
• Attend daily meetings to prioritize requirements from sales and operation areas.
• Follow up on actions of our quality management system (Audits, 8D's, etc)
• Review workload in productive areas to balance and determine external machining hours if required.
• Generate strategies and develop projects to achieve improvement of productive area performance.
• Control administrative personnel incidents in productive areas
• Collaborate to ensure compliance with the integral maintenance plan for the plant, together with the Maintenance Chief.
• Verify correct supply of raw materials and required inputs for timely delivery of finished products.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality policies
• Monitor and control KPI's defined by the organization
• Verify compliance with employee training plans in productive areas.
• Other activities required related to your position.
