Senior Category Manager

At 7-Eleven, we are looking for a new Cold Coffee Category Administrator Manager within our Food and Beverage area!

What activities does a Category Administrator Manager carry out?

Maximizes category revenue and growth by maintaining an optimal product portfolio, aligned with customer needs and the organization's financial objectives. Implements effective commercial strategies, constantly evaluating market and customer needs, developing new consumption occasions to increase profitability and market share for 7-Eleven Mexico.

What are their functions?

You will contribute to the success of our organization by carrying out the following activities:

• Evaluation and integration of new SKUs into the portfolio according to identified opportunities in the environment.
• Develop and manage the annual plan to ensure the achievement of established goals and milestones.
• Design and implement commercial strategies, defining plans to increase sales, market share, and brand presence.
• Collaborate in the development of the pricing strategy for the categories in charge to ensure market competitiveness.
• Define and implement strategies to ensure product supply and coverage at the point of sale.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers, ensuring commercial conditions for the achievement of the organization's commercial and financial objectives.

What experience do we require for the position?

To be considered for the vacancy, it is necessary to meet the following requirements:

· Completed Master's degree.

· Previous experience in managing commercial and financial KPIs, defining product portfolios, and negotiating with supermarket chains, wholesalers, and/or distributors.

· Demonstrated success in areas where financial analysis, strategic negotiations, and commercial planning are a priority.

· +5 years of proven experience in similar positions.
