Credit Portfolio Manager

We are looking for a talent to lead the strategy and operation of Credit (OTC), ensuring an adequate management of financial risk, optimization of cash flow, and compliance with the organization's financial policies. The role will be responsible for promoting sustainable commercial relationships, strengthening collection processes, and contributing to the financial health of the business through efficient and results-oriented management. Main Responsibilities:Credit and Portfolio Management:• Develop and implement a comprehensive credit strategy aligned with the organization's goals and risk tolerance.• Manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of credits, ensuring optimal returns and minimizing losses.• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective collection strategies and processes.• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to credit management. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):• Portfolio return on investment (ROI)• Credit loss rate• Collection efficiency• Risk-adjusted return on capital (RAROC)• Financial health of the business• Relationship building and maintenance with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors. Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field• 5+ years of experience in credit portfolio management, risk analysis, or a related field• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel• Familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis tools• Certification in credit risk management or a related field is an asset.
