Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager
Job description
Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager Requirements Career professional in Engineering (II, IQ, IMA, IME, IIA, IIS or related). Master's degree in Quality Systems, Engineering or Administration desired. Advanced English required (700-800 TOEIC points). Desired certification Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt. Required Experience 10 years of experience in roles of Quality, Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering or Productivity. Implementation, maintenance and improvement of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ...). Development and implementation of quality policies and procedures. Analysis and resolution of non-conformities. Leadership and coordination of cross-functional teams. Communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Monitoring and control of key performance indicators. Continuous learning and professional development. Reporting to the Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement.
