Quality Manager

About the Position: Plan, organize, direct, control, and supervise quality activities, preventing failures and informing involved areas and departments through the development of standards, policies, systems, procedures, and strategies, IATF-16949 or specific customer requirements to provide high-quality products to the market. Responsibilities: Lead compliance with quality requirements (IATF-16949). Coordinates the implementation and follow-up of the Quality Management System, ensuring its effectiveness and continuous improvement. Develops and implements quality policies, objectives, and targets, as well as monitoring and controlling processes to achieve them. Identifies and analyzes quality risks and opportunities for improvement, proposing corrective actions and implementing changes. Collaborates with other departments to ensure that quality is integrated into all business processes. Provides training and guidance to employees on quality-related topics. Conducts internal audits and management reviews to ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Develops and maintains documentation related to quality policies, procedures, and records. Participates in continuous improvement activities and contributes to the development of new products and services that meet customer requirements. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develops and implements a quality culture within the organization, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
