Vanity Group, a leading company in women's clothing, is seeking a Store Manager in Plaza San Luis Potosi

Main Mission:To ensure the correct operation of the store and its profitability, overseeing daily operations, personnel management, and customer experience to achieve sales and brand recognition goals.

Main Mission:To ensure the correct operation of the store and its profitability, overseeing daily operations, personnel management, and customer experience to achieve sales and brand recognition goals.
- Leadership and Teams:
- Manage and delegate tasks to the work team.
- Handle objections, apply coaching, and supervise personnel for high performance.
- Foster a positive team environment and manage conflicts.
- Sales and Daily Operations:
- Oversee that the sales and customer service process is effective.
- Implement the Sales Strategy and perform trend analysis.
- Oversee and perform daily closing, including cash register cuts, inventory counts, and returns.
- Closing and opening of PDV (terminals, cuts, report sending).
- Control and Standards:
- Inventories Management: Control the stock of merchandise, orders, and ensure that the inventory is up-to-date.
- Ensure store cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Inform corporate about any events that may occur in the store for its correct functioning.
Essential Requirements (Knowledge and Skills):
- Proven Experience In:
- Sales (retail), inventories, and merchandising.
- Use of bank terminals and management of Office and internet packages.
- Persnel supervision.
- Key Competencies:Liderazgo, Effective Communication, Team Management, Problem-Solving, and Adaptation to Change.
- Focal Point:Customer Orientation and Results Orientation.
