Business Development Manager of EWA (Salary Advancement for Employees) in Mexico

Requirements: 1. Previous experience or strong familiarity with EWA fintech or corporate benefit platform companies such as Minu, ePesos, Monto, etc. Experience in leading business development and team management from 0 to 1 in a specific region of Mexico is preferred. 2. Proficiency in Chinese Spanish, or Spanish English. Must hold legal local status and be familiar with the local market and enterprises. 3. Strong data analysis and business development skills, with the ability to quickly establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively. 5.
