In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead high-impact analytical initiatives, develop talent, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to transform information into business decisions.

What will you do?

• Participate in and lead specialized consulting projects.
• Design and implement predictive, classification, and forecasting models.
• Manage a portfolio of analytical initiatives and coordinate key stakeholders.
• Translate technical results into clear and actionable business recommendations.
• Drive the use of automation, artificial intelligence, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and strengthen high-performance teams.
• Define analytical standards, methodologies, and best practices.

What we are looking for

Technical Profile

• Advanced command of SQL, Python, and/or R.
• Experience in Machine Learning, applied statistics, and predictive models.
• Knowledge in forecasting, segmentation, and classification.
• Experience in automation and optimization of processes through analytics.

Consulting and Leadership Competencies

• Data storytelling and executive communication.
• Influence, negotiation, and client management.
• Project management and results orientation.
• Coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
• Strategic thinking and consultative approach.

Required Experience

• More than 7 years of experience in specialized consulting, data science, business intelligence, or advanced analytics.
• More than 3 years leading teams.
• More than 3 years managing analytical projects with clients.

Academic Background

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Quantitative Economics, or related fields.
• Specialization or postgraduate degree related to analytical models or data science is desirable.
