LATAM Fintech Analytics Manager

Level: Manager

Modality: On-site for first 3 months (Mexico City) · Then hybrid

Location: Mexico City

We are looking for someone who will lead the analytics function at a regional level and turn it into a real enabler of business. This role combines team leadership, strategic thinking, and close proximity to executive decision-making. It's not just a technical role: it's an impact role.

• Build and lead a solid team of analysts and data scientists, elevating the technical standard and execution level.
• Translate business objectives into clear and actionable analytics priorities.
• Design and maintain the analytical layer that leaders use to make decisions: metrics, dashboards, models, and analysis.
• Ensure that data is reliable, consistent, and available throughout the organization.
• Work very closely with areas such as Finance, Risk, Product, and Technology.
• Promote a culture where data is used to decide, not just report.
• Foster team efforts focused on initiatives with real and measurable impact.

Requirements

• Quantitative education such as Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Data Science.
• Experience leading analytics teams and complex projects, ideally with regional scope.
• Advanced mastery of SQL and solid Python application skills for analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Experience in fintech, digital platforms, or companies with high volumes of data.
• Ability to work with risk KPIs, portfolio, and product, and translate them into actionable insights.
• Skill to interact with senior leaders and support strategic business decision-making.
