Government Key Account Manager

Government Key Account Manager Job Description: We are looking for a highly results-oriented professional to lead the sales of our product portfolio in the Government segment, through the management of basic grid keys and the development of strategic relationships with key areas involved in the acquisition processes (administrative, supply, medical benefits). Main responsibilities: Manage the requisition of basic grid keys to ensure the presence of our products in the market; Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences; Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies; Analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement; Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers; Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management; Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets; Strong understanding of the Government sector and its needs; Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
