Are you passionate about financial processes, sales administration, and leading high-performance teams?
We are looking for a Sales Administration, Credit, and Collections Manager to join our team.
Main challenges:
✅ Ensure timely recovery of portfolio from over 1,300 clients.
✅ Guarantee compliance with credit and collections policies.
✅ Lead strategies for continuous improvement and process automation.
✅ Ensure accounting, tax, and internal control compliance.
✅ Develop and strengthen a results-oriented work team.
Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field.
• Solid experience in credit and collections.
• Advanced English.
• Knowledge of SAP and Excel.
• Leadership, negotiation, and process management skills.
• Focus on results and continuous improvement.
