AGRO-INDUSTRIAL CREDIT MANAGER

Job Functions:

• Administer and monitor the current portfolio of agro-industrial credit, ensuring its profitability and quality.
• Prospect and develop new clients in the agricultural and agro-industrial sectors.
• Analyze, structure, and monitor credit operations in accordance with FIRA regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain commercial relationships with strategic clients, executives, and shareholders to drive business opportunities.
• Coordinate follow-up on operations with internal areas such as Risk, Legal, Operations, and Corporate Banking.
• Identify risks and opportunities that contribute to the sustainable growth of the portfolio.

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agro-Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural, agro-industrial credit, or rural sector financing.
• Indispensable knowledge of FIRA regulations and agricultural financing schemes.
• Experience in portfolio administration, financial analysis, risk assessment, and corporate client service.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, databases, and commercial monitoring tools.
• Availability to travel within Mexico.
• Competencies: negotiation, effective communication, and interpersonal relationships.
