MARKETING MANAGER | AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR – RETAIL


We are looking for a Marketing Manager for a company dedicated to the commercialization of spare parts for the automotive sector.


We are seeking a strategic and commercial profile, capable of leading the Marketing strategy and connecting brand, communication, and digital marketing initiatives with sales generation and business growth.


Main responsibilities

  • Design and execute the annual and monthly Marketing plan.
  • Develop positioning, promotion, and commercial growth strategies.
  • Lead digital and commercial campaigns oriented towards results.
  • Analyze market, consumer behavior, competition, and prices.
  • Work closely with the Commercial area to develop market penetration strategies.
  • Lead and develop the Marketing team.
  • Define and monitor Marketing KPIs and present executive reports.
  • Manage and optimize the Marketing budget and campaign ROI.
  • Strengthen the brand image and communication across different sales channels.


Profile we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing.
  • 5+ years leading teams.
  • Experience in digital marketing, branding, advertising, and analytics.
  • Desirable experience in retail, automotive sector, spare parts, consumer goods, or businesses with multiple sales points/channels.
  • Strong commercial and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to transform market information into concrete business strategies.

AVAILABILITY TO WORK MONDAY TO FRIDAY FROM 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AND SATURDAY FROM 8 AM - 12:00 AM

We offer a salary of $60,000 - $70,000 Gross monthly, +PSL
