General description: Manage and ensure the integrated management of internal control processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to: • Developing and implementing internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information. • Conducting regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. • Providing training and guidance to employees on internal control processes and procedures. • Identifying and reporting potential fraud or irregularities. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, including financial statements and reports. • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
