Senior Commercial Manager

A Global Talent, recruitment and career management consultancy specialized in the real estate and infrastructure markets, is advising Engelux on the search for a Senior Commercial Manager, with experience in the economic segment (MCMV) developing commercial strategies, with activity at the headquarters in São Paulo-SP.

Main activities:

• Leverage the planning and management of commercial budget, ensuring efficiency, predictability, and alignment with company goals;
• Structure, improve, and create new commercial indicators, monitoring productivity, sales funnel, and overall performance;
• Define and track sales targets by project, demanding results and ensuring commercial discipline among teams;
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and commercial policies based on market trends, competition, and potential of each product;
• Act integrally with Marketing, contributing to strategic decisions regarding campaigns, positioning, and demand generation;
• Monitor the performance of partner real estate agencies and sales teams, directing action plans, incentives, and performance improvements;
• Promote innovation in commercial practices, implementing new processes, tools, and methodologies to elevate efficiency and competitiveness.

Requirements

• Degree: Areas such as Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Business (Post-Graduation is a differential);
• More than 5 years of experience in commercial management;
• Experience in the economic segment.
