At Pacifica Continental we are working with a renowned company in the paper and corrugated industry in search of a Commercial Manager to add to the team!
Location: Mexico, Chihuahua capital.
Objective:
To boost the growth and market share of the company through solid and profitable commercial strategies.
✅ Requirements:
Graduation in Engineering or Bachelor's degree in related areas
Advanced handling of Office and ERP
Advanced English
Solid experience in B2B sales and team leadership
Knowledge in customer service, credit and collection
Previous experience in the paper, corrugated or box industry (desirable)
Analytical capacity and proactivity to anticipate problems
Leadership and influence in commercial teams
Responsibilities:
Design, coordinate and execute commercial strategies oriented to the growth of the company
Ensure compliance with sales goals and annual budgets
Increase the client portfolio maximizing the profitability of the company
Investigate and anticipate competitors' movements to maintain market leadership
Provide support and attention to internal and external clients
