Strategic position to lead commercial relationships in the B2B industrial market, mainly white goods, ensuring complex negotiations and solid partnerships.
About our client
Multinational company operating in the B2B industrial market, mainly white goods, with a focus on components and technologies that integrate high-performance cooling systems.
Main responsibilities
The Commercial Manager - White Goods will be responsible for leading commercial strategies, developing new business, and strengthening relationships with strategic clients. Its main attributions include:
- Develop a Sales Plan and Business Development Plan;
- Participate in the preparation of forecasts and conduct monthly market analysis;
- Prospect for new clients and identify opportunities for business, as well as new projects in current accounts;
- Gather preliminary technical data from the client to guide product development and provide information to engineering;
- Define profit margin and selling price in critical review meetings with the team;
- Validate return on investment periods based on considered margins at quoted prices;
- Develop commercial proposals and negotiate supply conditions (price, deadlines, payments, amortization of investments), ensuring formal acceptance;
- Approve Capex projects and monitor introduction and supply, ensuring logistics and quality;
- Monitor costs versus prices (raw materials, labor) and promote adjustments to maintain economic balance and profitability;
- Negotiate for realignment of prices according to cost evolution,
- Ensure active presence alongside clients, with rapid insertion in external agendas.
We are looking for a professional with a higher education degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields, experience in commercial leadership or technical sales, operating complex B2B negotiations with long cycles.
Necessary intermediate English or better, advanced Excel skills, and availability for frequent travel.
Living in white goods or Tier 1 automotive will be a differential, as well as experience in ERP implementation and S&OP management.
