Job objective: Lead and execute the commercial strategy of Landmark Imports in marketplaces and digital channels in Mexico, ensuring profitable sales growth, correct operational execution, and development of new business opportunities. It will be responsible for coordinating the commercial team, supervising profitability, and developing new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive sales growth and profitability; Leading and managing a team of commercial professionals to achieve sales targets and improve market share; Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions that drive sales and revenue; Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with key customers and partners. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; 5+ years of experience in commercial management or a related field; Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and profitability; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
