Commercial Manager | Automotive OEM | Goiana/PE

We are conducting a search for a Commercial Manager position within a multinational company in the automotive sector, with strategic atuação alongside Stellantis in Goiana/PE.

The position will be responsible for the commercial management of the Stellantis account, acting as the main interface between the client and the company, conducting negotiations, developing new business, managing and defending prices, cost analyses, and supporting new product launches.

The professional will have strong interface with areas such as Engineering, Controlling, Operations, and Senior Management, making it essential to build strategic relationships and identify new growth opportunities within the account.

Main Responsibilities

✅ Management of the Stellantis account and relationship with strategic stakeholders

✅ Development of new business and expansion of the product portfolio

✅ Pricing formation, analysis, and defense with the client

✅ Participation in cost analyses and cost breakdown

✅ Commercial support for new programs and launches

✅ Management of commercial indicators and relationship with OEM clients

✅ Constant interface with Engineering, Controlling, Operations, and Directorate

Requirements

✅ Commercial experience in the automotive sector

✅ Experience serving automakers (OEM)

✅ Experience as Key Account, Commercial Coordinator, Commercial Supervisor, or Commercial Manager

✅ Experience with commercial negotiations, price formation, and cost analyses

✅ Participation in new projects, launches, or implementation of automotive programs

✅ Advanced English for interaction with global teams

✅ Availability for on-site work in Goiana/PE and frequent travel
