The complex will have 150 apartments, 30% of which will be dedicated to social housing, and 70% will be luxury apartments. The project will also have a 5-star hotel, a spa, a fitness center, a restaurant, and a bar. The company is looking for a Commercial Manager to lead the sales and marketing efforts of the project. The ideal candidate will have a degree in business administration or a related field, 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.
