Commercial Manager - Health (Large Accounts)

What is the Commercial Management area in Porto Seguro? The Health and Dental Sales team is responsible for developing and distributing the Health product in the state of São Paulo, and the Dental product at a national level, acting on promoting and supporting sales to brokers, branches, and all involved in the production chain, through specialized attention, with the objective of promoting sustainable and perennial growth. Main responsibilities: Contribute to the development of new business opportunities; Identify and prioritize potential customers; Develop and implement strategies for increasing sales; Provide support to sales teams; Analyze market trends and competitor activity; Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; Manage budgets and financial performance; Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
