Business Tax Manager Querétaro

What is the day-to-day of the position like?

As a Business Tax Manager, you will apply your technical knowledge and leadership skills by guiding team members in their tasks, in addition to supporting clients in understanding the tax audit cycle. You will identify ways to improve processes through the use of technology. You will develop an advisor relationship with our clients by analyzing potential tax risks. You will focus your strategic vision on identifying local and regional sales opportunities with your clients. You will stay updated on changes in local tax legislation, as well as changes in the international tax landscape.You will work in a dynamic and enriching environment with people from different cultures, perspectives, specialties, and knowledge. What is needed to apply?

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting / Public Accountant.

• 7 to 10 years of experience in Corporate Taxes: Specialized knowledge in current tax provisions, performance of tax calculations according to applicable laws, analysis and interpretation of tax laws, supervision of work teams.

• Advanced English.

• Tools: Microsoft Office (primarily Excel).

• Skills: Analytical skills, effective communication, organization, adaptability, results-orientation, adherence to high quality standards, negotiation, problem-solving, and a passion for technology.
