What will you do?

Ensure the disciplined execution of the Financial Solutions strategy, connecting planning with execution through the orchestration of initiatives, definition of KPIs, and generation of executive visibility to maximize business impact.

Main Responsibilities:

• Implement a governance framework that connects business and support functions to prioritize initiatives and enable agile decision-making.
• Define and monitor KPIs and OKRs throughout the initiatives, ensuring their alignment with the division's objectives. Track initiative execution, their financial impact, and their interdependencies.
• Act as the link between strategy and execution. Ensure that initiatives have a business case, roadmap, and measurable results before entering execution.
• Maintain the initiative portfolio tracker (single source of truth for status, financial impact, and KPIs). Provide executive-ready performance dashboards and initiative reports for SteerCo and QBRs.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Administration
• 8 to 12 years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, or planning.
• Knowledge in Financial Modeling, Data Analysis, Database Management, Executive Storytelling.
• Technical knowledge in SAP / Excel / Visual Basic / Tableau / Power BI/ SQL
• Advanced English
