IMPORTANT: Availability to relocate and travel nationally is required. Objective of the position: Attract, retain, and satisfy our customers and thereby impact business objectives through company strategies. What will you do? FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: •Manage and direct commercial resources, materials, financials to achieve profitability, productivity, and reach plan utility, expenses, and sales of stores under your charge. •Generate commercial strategies to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. •Develop and implement plans to improve store performance, customer service, and employee engagement. •Monitor and control inventory levels, stock rotation, and product availability to ensure optimal store operations. •Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business decisions. •Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and develop action plans to address challenges. •Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, inventory management, and customer interactions. •Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. •Travel as needed to support store operations, attend meetings, and participate in training sessions. •Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth. •Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue enhancements. •Participate in the development of company-wide initiatives and projects to drive business results. •Maintain a positive and professional attitude, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction, teamwork, and continuous improvement. ¿Qué habilidades y características se buscan en el candidato? •Experiencia previa en gerencia de tiendas o áreas relacionadas. •Conocimientos en gestión financiera, contabilidad y análisis de datos. •Habilidades comunicativas efectivas para interactuar con clientes, empleados y proveedores. •Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y alcanzar objetivos establecidos. •Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional. •Certificaciones en áreas como liderazgo, gestión de tiendas o marketing son un plus.
