INTERMEDIATE REINSURANCE BROKERAGE

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

To plan, execute, and supervise technical and commercial operations in Property, managing the portfolio of brokers and ceding companies; developing new business, optimizing underwriting and technical profitability. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations, managing operational risks to guarantee business continuity and thus contribute to the achievement of CREST's strategic objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management and expansion of the broker and ceding company portfolio to ensure renewal and growth.
• Prospecting and closing new business opportunities aligned with the strategy.
• Issuance of conditions and technical profitability.
• Supervision of compliance and optimization of operational processes.
• Management of work teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Engineering and/or Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related areas.
• Knowledge primarily of lines such as; Civil Works Insurance in Construction, Completed, Contractor's Equipment, etc.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions in Insurance and/or Reinsurance (reinsurance broker preference).
• Advanced English.
• Advanced Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Negotiation and Analysis skills.
• Willingness to work in a team.
