Requirements

• Experience in Road Risk Management and Loss Prevention
• Knowledge of transportation insurance and tracking technologies
• Experience in analyzing PGR and DDR
• Experience in loss prevention focused on E-commerce
• Personnel management and team development
• Assertive decision-making and resilience
• Good communication and conflict mediation skills
• Analytical and proactive profile

• Ensure the compliance of the rules established by the insurer in the risk management plan (PGR), through training and meetings with transporters and Loggi's transportation team, using risk indicators and performance indicators of transporters, proposing preventive plans to avoid accidents.
• Plan, control, and monitor the execution of activities in the risk management area and the risk manager's contract, according to the objectives and targets established, distributing, orienting, and monitoring the completion of tasks by subordinates, ensuring their alignment with processes, quality standards, and established deadlines.
• Manage the risk management contracts and service levels of suppliers, establishing and monitoring the compliance of technical specifications, ensuring conformity with costs, deadlines, and quality established by the company.
• Manage the insurance policy for road transportation with the insurance broker, analyze technically the DDR (Dispensa do Direito de Regresso) and PGR (Plano de Gerenciamento de Risco) of clients and suppliers, and conduct insurance negotiations with internal areas.
• Manage the Governance of Loss Prevention in Transportation, identifying risks in the collection, transfer, and final delivery process, creating actions, and monitoring the evolution of the indicator.
• Lead projects to reduce losses in the logistics chain with a focus on transportation.
