Junior Co-ownership Manager – 100%

To complete our team, we are looking for a junior co-ownership manager wishing to develop their skills in the administration of divided co-ownership properties and gradually evolve towards the autonomous management of a portfolio.

You will join an experienced team and actively participate in the administrative, technical, and financial management of several co-ownership properties.

Your profile

• First experience in the real estate sector in Switzerland, ideally in co-ownership property management
• Strong interest in co-ownership property management and the technical aspects related to buildings
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Rigor, proactivity, curiosity, and a desire to develop skills
• Good interpersonal and writing skills, with a sense of service and contact
• Driving license
