Warehouse Manager

As Warehouse Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Plan, implement, and follow up on annual operational plans in line with the company's strategic objectives.
• Develop, manage, and analyze operational budgets for the warehouse.
• Support and supervise a team of Warehouse Supervisors.
• Manage the movement and accuracy of stocks, receipt and storage of goods, locate the location of goods sent by each supplier, ensure delivery deadlines, etc.
• Ensure good communication between personnel members, as well as with suppliers and customers.
• Monitor, follow up on, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and promote the implementation of continuous improvement projects within the distribution center.
• Write management reports and ensure financial monitoring of operations.
• Vigilantly respect strict health and safety standards.
• Supervise the maintenance and availability of warehouse equipment (e.g.: forklifts).
