• Ensure the store meets company objectives and respects key performance indicators.
• Manage the store by ensuring you well distribute your tasks (company policies and procedures, loss prevention, payroll, report production, and schedule preparation).
• Contribute to recruitment, management, development, and training of passionate candidates who care about sales, customer service, and fashion.
• Implement marketing strategies while offering a clean, coherent, and welcoming environment that encourages customers to shop.
• Establish open and effective communication with the store manager or assistant store manager and district director.
