Property Manager

Adecco We are accompanying one of our clients, a well-established real estate agency in the Lausanne region and recognized for its professionalism, in the recruitment of an experienced Property Manager. This role offers the opportunity to join a stable and respected structure active in the management of residential and commercial properties, and to contribute to the quality of its services. Responsibilities - Ensure the operational management of a property portfolio including rental properties and condominiums (PPE). - Take charge of administrative, technical, and financial follow-up of buildings. - Draft lease contracts, organize site visits, and handle files related to damages. - Maintain regular exchanges with owners, tenants, service providers, and competent authorities. - Supervise ongoing maintenance and renovation work interventions. Profile - You justify at least three years of experience in property management. - You have followed specialized training in the field (e.g. federal diploma, USPI certification or equivalent recognized). - You possess excellent interpersonal qualities and a strong sense of service. - You are autonomous, methodical, and have a taste for initiative. - You master common computer tools, including real estate management software such as Quorum, Rimo or equivalents.
