Building Manager relocation H/F/D

Adecco For one of our clients, a major and recognized player in real estate management in Switzerland, we are looking for a Building Manager specialized in relocating office spaces to strengthen the team in Geneva. Responsibilities - Maintain a close relationship with main commercial tenants in the portfolio. - Ensure follow-up on tenant demands and ensure long-term satisfaction. - Renegotiate existing leases and guarantee optimal contractual conditions. - Actively market available office spaces. - Determine necessary works to optimize relocation of spaces. - Establish quotes for renovation or fit-out works. - Pilot and coordinate works until delivery. - Conduct entry and exit surveys. - Write and establish commercial leases. - Perform administrative tasks inherent to management and relocation. Profile - Completed education (CFC, Maturity, or equivalent), ideally complemented by real estate specialization. - Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or agency, with a focus on commercial relocation. - Very good mastery of commercial lease law. - Developed relational sense and ease in managing strategic tenants. - Solid negotiation and persuasion skills. - Excellent knowledge of the Geneva office space market. - Proactive approach, solution-oriented, autonomous, and committed. - Mandatory driving permit.
