Store Manager

Relevant of the operations supervisor, you will direct and act as a mobilizer to an team of approximately 15 employees. You will ensure the sound management of all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and financial control.

Main responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, direct, and control the entire operations of the store and ensure its sound management;
• Develop business strategies to achieve the sales and profitability objectives of the store;
• Train and direct employees in accordance with service standards;
• Communicate sales targets, promotions, and events to employees;
• Develop and optimize employee sales capabilities to achieve sales targets;
• Establish corporate policies and procedures and manage positive change implementation;
• Apply retail standards in-store;
• By a constant presence on the sales floor, create a positive work environment encouraging employee engagement;
• Hire, train, and evaluate team performance and prepare for succession;
• Supervise and manage hours and salary budgets;
• Supervise inventory management in-store;
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at work;
• Be present at the community level.
