Job Description:
- Actively direct daily restaurant operations, with a strong presence on the floor during service
- Inspire and mobilize the team by clearly communicating the restaurant's vision and embodying Oliver & Bonacini's values
- Maintain all service standards and attention to detail, both for customer experience and behind-the-scenes operations
- Support and develop team members through training, coaching, and performance management
- Cultivate a warm, professional, and customer-focused culture
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, suppliers, and senior leadership
- Supervise scheduling, payroll accuracy, budgets, inventory, and billing with rigor
- Ensure the establishment is immaculate, well-maintained, and operates according to the highest standards
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute to promotional strategies and customer outreach
- Actively participate in health and safety initiatives, ensuring complete compliance with SIMDUT and company policies
- Contribute to planning and execution of private events and special functions
- Other connected tasks, as needed
