WHAT YOU KNOW MUST BE OVERVIEW

We, the In-Situ Germany department, are part of a small, dynamic international team of engineers, technicians and geoscientists. At the moment, we are looking for new talents who want to assert themselves nationally and internationally.

At our location in Langenhagen near Hanover, we are looking for a Geoscientist (m/w/d) in the In-situ area as soon as possible. The position includes travel within Germany and abroad.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Coordination, supervision and execution of environmental surveys in the field (soil, groundwater and borehole samples, high-resolution logging for lithology, hydraulic and contamination assessment using Direct Push and CPT sonde units)
• Documented work: Independent recording and leading of daily reports and mass lists
• Representation of our company externally and representation before customers
• Maintenance and maintenance of equipment
• Preliminary preparation of project documents and support in the creation of reports

Qualification

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Degree in geosciences or environmental engineering or similar field; Preferably also vocational training as a building materials inspector or technical training or comparable qualification, preferably also motivated cross-entrants with good technical understanding
• Very good communication skills in German language preferred C1 and good English knowledge for international cooperation
• Good technical understanding and knowledge of measurement technology application
• High travel readiness
• Safe handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Good physical fitness
• Car driver's license required
• Authorization to work in Germany and openness for cooperation in an international environment
