For the Expansion of the Internal Staff, we are looking for and selecting:

SURVEYOR/ARCHITECT/BUILDING ENGINEER

Specifically, the following tasks:

Site management and organization

Project management

Management with contractors

Ordinary site accounting

Technical surveys and use of Office package, AutoCAD and Primus

Work monitoring

Safety coordination

At least 5 years of experience in the Construction sector

Hard Skills

• Surveyor Diploma and/or Degree in Building Engineering;
• Previous experience in the role of at least 5/10 years is preferred;
• In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of technical regulations;
• Knowledge of the Office package, graphics programs (AUTOCAD) is essential;
• Good knowledge of software for quantity surveying (PRIMUS);

Soft Skills

• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills;
• Good organizational and planning skills;
• Good communication skills both within and outside the company;

We Offer

Work location: Casoria (NA);

Contract type: National employment contract commensurate with the profile's experience;

Working hours: Full-time (09:00-13:00/15:00-19:00) MON-FRI;

Employment contract: Permanent, Training internship/stage, Freelance contract

Contract duration: 12 months

Salary: €1,800.00 - €2,200.00 per month
