MAW S.p.A. Search & Selection Division, Pescara Hub

Selects for a client in the energy sector a qualified surveyor to be integrated into the area dedicated to the management of the company's real estate portfolio.

The resource will be responsible for the technical, administrative, and maintenance aspects of the properties, ensuring their correct management and verifying building and cadastral compliance.

Main Responsibilities

· Technical and administrative management of the company's real estate portfolio;

· Preparation and management of cadastral procedures;

· Verification of cadastral, urban planning, and building compliance of properties;

· Reading and interpretation of projects, plans, and technical documentation;

· Planning and supervision of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions;

· Management of relationships with companies, technicians, and suppliers;

· Requesting and evaluating quotes and controlling the execution of works;

· Management and updating of property-related documentation;

· Management of lease agreements, their deadlines, and related obligations;

· Relations with public bodies, technical offices, the Revenue Agency, the Cadastre, notaries, and external professionals;

· Periodic inspections of company properties;

· Cost monitoring and support in the valuation of real estate assets.

Required Qualifications

· Diploma as a Surveyor or equivalent educational qualification;

· Experience in the technical management of properties and real estate portfolios;

· Good knowledge of cadastral, urban planning, and building procedures;

· Ability to read plans, technical drawings, and projects;

· Knowledge of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities;

· Good command of main IT tools and technical drawing software;

· Organizational skills, precision, and operational autonomy;

· Knowledge of AutoCAD and property management software;

· Good relational skills and ability to manage relationships with bodies, suppliers, and professionals;

· Availability to carry out inspections and travel to managed properties;

Hours: Full-time

Contract and Salary

Direct hiring with a permanent contract is envisaged. Positioning and remuneration will be defined based on acquired skills and experience, within an annual gross salary range between € 30,000 and € 40,000.
