CAD Draftsman Surveyor

For the enhancement of the Modular division, we are looking for a Technical Designer who will contribute to the design and development of prefabricated modular solutions intended for construction sites, events, offices, accommodations, schools, healthcare facilities, and industrial applications.

The new colleague will work closely with the sales office, the operations area, and production, transforming customer needs into concrete, functional, and achievable projects, contributing to the quality of offers and speed of market response.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You will become part of a dynamic and continuously evolving environment, where you will have a central role in defining the technical solutions proposed to clients.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing layouts and configurations of prefabricated modular spaces
• Creating 2D and 3D technical drawings for commercial offers and executive projects
• Supporting the sales team in the pre-sales phase, contributing to the definition of the best technical solutions
• Analyzing customer needs and translating them into functional and efficient projects
• Preparing floor plans, renders, technical diagrams, and project documentation
• Verifying the technical feasibility of proposed solutions
• Collaborating with production, logistics, and operations to ensure project achievability
• Participating in the optimization and standardization of company modular solutions
• Managing and updating technical libraries, modular components, and order documentation
• Carrying out technical site inspections when necessary

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

The ideal candidate possesses:

• Technical diploma (Surveyor, Industrial Expert)
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
• Good command of 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp, Revit, SolidWorks, or equivalent)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Basic knowledge in plant engineering and modular configurations
• Good knowledge of the Office suite

A plus would be:

• Experience in the modular prefabricated, construction, or fit-out sector
• Knowledge of BIM software
• Experience in technical-commercial support roles
• Participation in tender or technical offer preparation
