Eurointerim Eurointerim S.p.A. - San Vendemiano branch is searching for a professional to be inserted into a prestigious company in the Nervesa della Battaglia area as: SITE SURVEYOR Job description: The resource, which collaborates with the head of commission and various corporate functions, supervises, manages and coordinates installation interventions, usually on sub-contract, at clients. Daily travel is required. In detail, it will be responsible for: Overseeing the execution of works, ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance with contractual and project requirements, updating the head of commission constantly on the state of advancement of works, acting as an interface with the client. Ensure the scheduling of construction sites, respect for procedures, quality of work performed, and timeliness. Manage the overlap of multiple companies at the construction site, coordinate internal resources and plan interventions by contracting companies in collaboration with the head of Commission. Deliver and illustrate to installers the documentation and instructions for assembly, constantly interfacing with the technical office. Organize the work of external craftsmen on-site and manage their execution times. Coordinate with the client to gather information useful for compiling the Work Progress Report (SAL). Verify, at the end of the construction site, that all works listed in the contract have been delivered as expected. Define the management of any extra/integrations requests with the commercial area. Collect and prepare all safety documentation related to the construction site. Search for companies for assembly and assignment of work. Required skills: The requirements for performing the role are: Diploma or degree in technical subjects Previous experience in the role, acquired by companies in the same sector or construction companies.
