Smart Job SpA, Employment Agency, is seeking for a client company, specialized in railway diagnostic and construction, 1 GEOMETRA/CAPOCANTIERE. The resource, engaged in coordination activities, will be responsible for: - Organizing and directing the assigned construction site - Management of personnel, construction site materials, and equipment - Coordinating, through the support of the Foreman, the construction site personnel - Supervision of safety regulations at work - Preparation of reports and documentation related to the construction site - Coordination with the client company and other stakeholders - Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should have: - A degree in Civil Engineering or related field - At least 3 years of experience in construction site management - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Ability to work in a team and coordinate with other stakeholders - Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures - Ability to prepare reports and documentation.
