Geometra Back Office

Al Centro S.p.A. Agenzia per il Lavoro is selecting a Geometra back office for an important metalworking company. The resource will be integrated into the back office department and, after an adequate training course on company products, will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, ensuring an efficient service in managing assistance and after-sales activities. Activities foreseen by the role: - Manage and optimize after-sales processes in order to ensure the satisfaction of end customers and resellers; - Collaborate with various company departments for the management of assistance activities; - Monitor installation timelines and the progress of related activities; - Manage assistance tickets related to problems encountered during the installation of windows and doors; - Provide technical support and consultancy to customers, identifying the most suitable solutions for different needs. Requirements: - Technical diploma, preferably as a skilled technician or Geometra; - Previous experience of at least 2/3 years in similar roles, preferably in customer support, after-sales, customer service, or back office; - Good knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; - Ability to read technical drawings; - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer orientation, and ability to manage complex situations; - Problem-solving skills, good stress management, and predisposition for teamwork. Characteristics: Working hours: full-time daily from Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM/1:30 PM-5:30 PM Work location: Near Castelfranco Veneto (TV) surrounding areas of Cittadella, Villa del Conte, Santa Giustina in Colle, Campo San Martino, Tombolo, Loreggia, Resana, Camposampiero.
