Geologist Engineer

WHO WE ARE: A company with consolidated international experience in the design, site supervision, and project management of major transport infrastructure.

Since 2015, we have been pioneers in the development and application of BIM methodology, integrating specialist skills, technological innovation, and a multidisciplinary approach in the design of complex works.


WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: To strengthen our design team, we are seeking a Geologist to be integrated into the Geology department at our Rome office.


SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES:

The resource will be part of a multidisciplinary design team, collaborating with engineers, architects, and specialists from various disciplines.

The resource will be involved in the various phases of designing railway and road infrastructure, civil engineering works, tunnels, hydraulic works, and complex national projects.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Intermediate profile


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Analysis and interpretation of boreholes and site tests;
  • Analysis and interpretation of geophysical tests;
  • Preparation of geological reports and technical sector-related reports;
  • Analysis and interpretation of geological, geomorphological, and hydrogeological data;
  • Environmental analyses;
  • Production of graphic and cartographic elaborations on geological and environmental themes;
  • Geological modeling;
  • Management of territorial data in a GIS environment;
  • Participation in site inspections and technical fieldwork;


THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Master's Degree in Geological Sciences;
  • PhD in Geology/applied sciences to geology (considered a preferential qualification);
  • Knowledge of the main aspects of applied geology, geotechnics, and hydrogeology;
  • Experience in stratigraphic characterization and geological and hydrogeological modeling;
  • Good knowledge of the main GIS and Autocad tools, management of geological data in a digital environment;
  • Knowledge of technical (required) and environmental regulations;
  • Technical writing skills;
  • Knowledge of the English language;
  • Analytical skills, precision, and autonomy in managing assigned tasks;
  • Attitude for working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • VAT number (or willingness to obtain one).
