GenIA Solution Development Specialist

As third line of defense, the Global Internal Audit (GIA) mission is to independently evaluate the control environment and governance processes of the company. Our team of auditors works diligently across the organization to provide valuable insights for business, especially with the quantity of changes in processes and technology. The GIA Technology and Innovation Laboratory supports this mission, providing guidance on agile ways of working, managing existing GIA applications, and innovating with new solutions that will guide us towards the next era of audit.

We are seeking a passionate AI Generative Solution Developer, experienced in leveraging large language models (LLMs) and automation to revolutionize our audit processes, drive innovation, and provide impactful solutions that increase productivity and insights for our audit team. The ideal candidate must thrive on creativity, possess a strong desire for continuous learning, and have solid technical training in automation, data utilization, and rapid engineering techniques to optimize model performance for the solutions we develop.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing, optimizing, and implementing applications using LLMs that assist Global Internal Audit;
• Evaluating and implementing AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Meta) models to ensure they meet specific use case requirements and align with business objectives;
• Utilizing rapid engineering techniques to extract precise results from generative models;
• Collaborating with multifunctional teams to integrate GenAI-based solutions into our solutions;
• Staying informed about the latest advancements in GenIA developments and techniques;
• Contributing to establishing best practices for efficient use of generative models in our solutions;
• Being able to deliver solutions following modern software development practices;
• Interacting with Global Internal Audit members, including leadership team, to refine use cases across all department processes.
