Generator & Transformer Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of technicians and electricians in the maintenance and operation of generators and transformers Develop and implement maintenance schedules for the generators and transformers Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with the company's policies and procedures Conduct regular inspections of the generators and transformers to ensure they are functioning properly Identify and report any defects or malfunctions to the relevant authorities Implement corrective actions to rectify any defects or malfunctions Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and controlled manner Conduct training and coaching of technicians and electricians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
