Job Title: Generator and Transformer Maintenance Supervisor Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to lead the maintenance and operation of our generator and transformer systems. This role involves supervising a team, ensuring optimal performance of equipment, and maintaining compliance with all relevant safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of technicians and electricians responsible for maintaining and operating generators and transformers; Ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems; Maintain compliance with all relevant safety and operational standards; Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures; Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards; Identify and report any equipment or system failures or malfunctions; Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination; Provide training and guidance to team members; Monitor and control costs related to maintenance and operation of equipment and systems. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 5+ years of experience in a similar role; Strong knowledge of generator and transformer systems; Excellent leadership and communication skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces; Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions; Ability to work in a team environment; Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously; Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
