Your responsibilities: Within the Human Resources Service, ensure the management of all HR processes, from recruitment to retirement, including training, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters to managers and employees. Analyze and interpret HR data to inform business decisions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Identify and address potential risks and opportunities. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.
